I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was more than big enough, exceptionally clean, and bright with wide windows, creating a lovely atmosphere. However, it did get stiflingly hot at times. The service was extremely welcoming and professional, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect, being near the road to the lift to Kopa and very close to the Sniezka/Kopa ski area. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
