Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was incredible! The location was amazing, right in the heart of Venice with easy access to main attractions. The service was very attentive, but there were some hiccups with ID requirements. The room had everything we needed, although an extra pillow would have been nice. The dining experience was delightful, especially the breakfast spread. Overall, a great value for a Venice stay.
The hotel offers good and comfortable rooms that are clean, of a decent size, and provide a spectacular view of the lagoon. The service was friendly and helpful, and the facility was well taken care of. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Venice with incredible views. The dining experience was great, offering more choices than expected. The price may be a bit high for some amenities. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers nice, clean rooms with a lovely view of the Grand Canal, allowing us to observe local life and gondolas in action. The service was mostly wonderful, with a slight exception on check-in/out. The location is extremely friendly and helpful, within a short walk to major landmarks. The dining experience was good but could have more variety. The facilities were carefully maintained and satisfactory.
I was initially a bit disappointed by the small room, but it had all we needed. I wished for an extra pillow but never got around to asking, so it wasn’t that important. The view was spectacular, overlooking the lagoon directly across San Giorgio Maggiore and down the Riva degli Schiavoni towards Santa Maria della Salute. The location was ideal for exploring the alleys and waterways of Venice.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I got wasn't the one I expected from the website, but on the bright side, it had a great view of the canal and the amenities inside were worth the money I paid. The room size was decent, not too big but just enough for my stay.
I had a cozy stay at this hotel, with a lovely foyer entrance, though the room was small and required keeping the shutters closed for privacy. The front-facing room on the second floor was a unique experience.
My stay at the hotel was truly remarkable. The rooms were fantastic, especially considering the typical small size in the city. While I had to keep the curtains closed for privacy reasons, I had an incredible view facing the Grand Canal and enjoyed watching the cruise ships sailing into Venice early in the morning.
